Location good - close to train stations and shopping areas. The Umeda Sky Building where the observatory is, is reachable on foot.
Bed was too soft. There was no reading light close to the bed.

Toyoko Inn in Tokyo where we came from served the same breakfast you were serving and even better everyday for FREE. Your restaurant just looks flash but the food were the same, unlimited, delicious and all for free.
Paying for breakfast and food is just the same everyday. The rooms are too small.

Location is great. 1 minute walk to a 7/11. Very polite and helpful staff. They transfer luggage to the next city as well. Had a comfortable stay.
